Everything you need to know about shipping with us
Yes. Choose a collection date when you request a quote, and for scheduled deliveries we can book a specific delivery day or time window for an additional fee.
Enter your tracking number on our Track Shipment page. You will see every scan, the current location and the estimated delivery date.
We cannot carry cash, firearms, illegal substances or undeclared dangerous goods. Batteries, liquids and perishables are accepted with the correct packaging. Ask us if you are unsure.
Prices depend on the service, distance and the greater of the actual or volumetric weight. Request a free quote and we will confirm the exact price before collection.
Every shipment includes standard liability cover. For valuable goods you can add full-value insurance when you book.
Our courier will leave a card and try again the next working day, or you can redirect the parcel to a neighbour or collection point.
