Overview:
Globex Imports needed a partner who could move high volumes reliably while giving their own customers full visibility. We designed a Ocean-led solution that combined scheduled collections, live tracking and a single point of contact for the whole operation.
Our Strategy:
We mapped every lane, consolidated shipments where it made sense and introduced barcode scanning at each handover. Weekly performance reviews let us adjust routes and capacity before peaks hit, keeping on-time delivery above 98%.
